Terms of use

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This is a courtesy translation. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Owlo does not provide content. Owlo is only a player. It does not include, host, sell, distribute or recommend channels, movies, series or lists, and has no relationship with any list provider. To use it you need your own M3U list or Xtream Codes account, obtained legally.

1. Who provides the service

The Owlo service is provided by Joaquín Sanchiz Navarro (NIF 54064236E), with the contact details in the legal notice. By creating an account you accept these terms.

2. What Owlo is

Owlo is an application for smart TVs, web browsers and phones that plays the lists the user adds to their account. It includes account management, profiles, favourites, playback progress and linking TVs with a code.

The catalog and the video go straight from your provider’s server to your screen: Owlo’s servers do not receive, relay or store them. They only connect to your provider when you add or check a list, to tell you whether it works and when it expires.

3. Your list is your responsibility

4. Your account

5. Beta and price

During the beta, Owlo is free. Before it ends we will email you the payment terms; you will never be charged without expressly agreeing. The planned prices are published on this website.

6. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account, with notice where possible, if it is used to breach these terms or the law, if we receive a well-founded report about it (see Reports) or if it puts the service or other users at risk. You can stop using Owlo and close your account whenever you want.

7. Availability and warranty

We work to make Owlo run well, but during the beta there may be bugs, changes and outages. We cannot guarantee that a particular list will work: that depends on the provider that streams it and on your TV’s capabilities. None of this limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Liability

Owlo is not liable for the content of users’ lists, their legality or availability, or for damage caused by use contrary to these terms. Otherwise, we are liable in accordance with the applicable law.

9. Changes

If we change these terms in a significant way, we will notify you by email or in the app with reasonable notice. If you don’t agree, you can close your account.

10. Law and courts

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
